RegulatorGuards offers group and individual rates. Group rates are $2,500 to $7,500 per campus per year and are for significant litigation that impacts multiple institutions. Individual rates are for private consulting, transactions, applications, accreditation, and other matters specifically for your institution. RegulatorGuards offers predictable fixed fees for most individual services except litigation. Ongoing strategic advice on how to protect and grow your business is available for $5,000 per quarter. Quarterly installment plans also are available for year-long engagements such as accreditation. For transactions (e.g., buying and selling schools) and regulatory approvals from licensing agencies or accreditors (e.g., for change of ownership, addition of a new program or a branch), we require a 25% retainer, but the balance is not due until the regulatory applications are ready for filing. Payment for legal challenges to agency action against a specific institution, such as a denial of annual renewal, are spread over the length of the case. This way, you can afford the assistance you need!
