Wellth
Most people put their professional lives (which they don’t like but need in order to survive) into one compartment and their personal lives into another one. They purposely avoid overlapping the boxes. In their careers, they go out to battle then they come home to regroup, while never being happy in either compartment. Wellth is about merging personal and professional selves into a whole, happy person. You do business with your friends and socialize with your business partners. You work and play with your mate (who usually enjoys something similar to what you enjoy – which is probably why you got together in the first place). This concept makes perfect sense to me. The entire time I was reading, I kept saying [aloud alone] “OMG, I’m not the only one!” … who hates downtown offices because of the hurriedness; who thinks your friendships should change as you evolve into your chosen self; who believes you must put yourself first in order to be the best partner for your mate, etc. Wellth says in print all these truisms that most entrepreneurs feel and govern our lives by. Good book. Good Read.
